Marketplace roles
Each listing and checkout must identify the seller responsible for the product or service. FitYourself provides the platform unless expressly identified as the seller.
Seller obligations
- Provide accurate descriptions, compatibility and total pricing.
- Hold required business permissions, insurance and product documentation.
- Fulfil orders and handle support in accordance with applicable law.
- Comply with marketplace verification and prohibited-product rules.
Buyer obligations
Provide accurate delivery and contact information, confirm vehicle compatibility, pay authorised charges and use products according to instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Fees, commission and payouts
Seller subscription fees, listing rights, marketplace commission, reserves and payout timing will be set out in the seller agreement before onboarding. Buyer totals will be disclosed before payment.
