Return eligibility
The seller must state the return window and conditions before purchase. Consumer cancellation rights may apply to standard goods bought online.
- Custom-made or personalised items may be exempt from change-of-mind returns.
- Installed, used or altered parts may only be returnable if faulty.
- Keep proof of purchase and use suitable protective packaging.
Faulty or misdescribed products
Contact the seller with photos and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Return shipping
The seller should provide return instructions. Responsibility for return costs depends on the reason for return, the listing terms and applicable consumer law. Do not send an item without a return address or authorisation.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Stripe, PayPal or the issuing bank may need additional processing time before the credit appears.
