FitYourself connects buyers with specialist campervan sellers. Unless a listing states that FitYourself is the seller, the named marketplace seller packs and dispatches the order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Available delivery methods, prices and estimates are shown before payment. Estimates begin after the seller accepts and prepares the order; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Made-to-order and bulky products may require additional preparation.
- Tracking is supplied when the carrier and service support it.
- Delivery restrictions must be shown by the seller before checkout.
UK, EU and Türkiye orders
Cross-border orders may attract import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling charges. The checkout or seller listing should state what is included. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.
Damage, delay or missing parcels
Keep the packaging, photograph visible damage and contact the seller promptly through your order details. FitYourself Customer Service can help route an unresolved marketplace enquiry.
